SALES:
To purchase an animal you must be at least 18 years old. 

All values and prices are in US dollars for single animals and do not include shipping unless otherwise specified.

Genetics are 100% guaranteed as described.

Please be aware of all local, state, and federal requirements regarding animal ownership. Wildfire Retics is not liable or responsible for failure to meet these regulations. If payment is completed and it is later discovered the animal is not permitted in your area the animal will not be shipped and a minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.

To complete a transaction you must have the correct billing information. If any part of the entered information is incorrect the payment will be blocked. 

If you receive an error message after completing a transaction please first call the issuer of your card to confirm your billing information as well as available funds for purchase before calling WildFire Retics. If both of these details are confirmed and you are still receiving an error message please call 720-296-8011 to arrange a different form of payment. Please be aware there may be an additional processing fee for using a different form of payment.

RETURNS:

All animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, healthy and accurately match any description and/or pictures sent to customer prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon. We do not guarantee animal temperament unless otherwise specified and do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, don’t want to wait for safe shipping conditions, can’t complete your payment plan, etc. 

Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. If we have not heard from you within 24 hours of you receiving your shipment, we will consider your transaction complete and all responsibility is transferred to the purchaser. 

In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, proof will be required. Please contact us immediately and do not dispose of the animal before contact. Animals DOA will be replaced or credit issued at our discretion.

Payments and deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal(s) as agreed upon. 

Authorized refunds will be offered in the form of a replacement animal or equivalent credit towards animal(s) of your choice.

SHIPPING:
WildFire Retics assures that all animals are correctly sexed, healthy and accurately match any description and/or pictures sent to customer prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

Payment in full is required before shipping your order.

Most animals will have a $65 shipping fee, subject to change, based on size of the shipment. We ship through FEDEX overnight with most deliveries by 10:30am the following day. Overnight low temperatures must be above 40 degrees and daytime high must be below 90. We ship Monday through Wednesday for next day delivery. 

On the date of delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to be at the “ship to” address. If the shipment is not received at first delivery attempt, all expressed warranties are void. 

Wildfire Retics is not responsible or liable for shipping address errors due to customer negligence. Animals will not be left at a shipping address without a receipt signature.

Do you ship live animals internationally?

 Sorry but we do not Export live animals internationally due to the high costs and paperwork involved to do so.
